Energy Work Consent and Release Statement

By entering my email address and booking a session with Flowing Well Energy, I agree and consent to understand that the Energy Work session, in the form of Reiki given, involves a natural hands-on method of energy balancing for the purpose of life enhancement, pain management, stress reduction, and relaxation.  

I, the client, understand very clearly that these treatments are not intended as a substitute for medical or psychological care.  I, the client understand that only people over 18 years will be accepted unless a parent is present.

I, the client, understand that Certified Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions, nor do they prescribe medicines, or interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. It is recommended that I seek a licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment I have.  

I, the client, understand that the practitioner will be placing hands on or above me during the Reiki session and applying different essential oils. If I, the client, am allergic to any specific oil, I understand, I must disclose this information to the Reiki Practitioner. 

I, the client, understand that the Reiki Practitioner is not a licensed massage therapist, but may rub oils on the back and feet, providing a gentle massage.

I, the client, understand any sexually suggestive behavior will be grounds for immediate termination of your session with no refunds. 

I, the client, understand that I am required to provide a 24 notice of cancellation or notice to reschedule or I will lose 50% of my deposit.
